Install

ProteoTorch may be downloaded and installed using:

git clone https://github.com/proteoTorch/proteoTorch.git
cd proteoTorch
python3 setup.py build
python3 setup.py install

Dependencies

ProteoTorch depends on the following packages:

• PyTorch

• scikit-learn

• numpy

• cython (optional, but highly recommended to build fully sped up q-value library)

• matplotlib (optional, but required for plotting utilities)
